The rain didn’t stop the wakeskaters at the 4th stop of this year’s wakeskate tour. Friday’s final heat finished right before some torrential rain barreled down on the Texas Ski Ranch. Practice continued after the storm passed, and gave us a great preview of the excellent riding we would see from the riders already qualified for final heats.

Texas’ own, Clint Tompkins has been thinking out of the box since long before he ever started Signature wakeskates, with designs that have repeatedly strayed away from the mainstream wakeskate shapes.

November 4th, 2010 WakePro When you take a set, normally the coolest thing that you see is a new trick, an old trick that is rad enough to get stoked on, or something else that is related to riding…. A couple weeks back I went out on lake Levon for a nice surf sesh… and this was the coolest thing that I saw that day (and probably one of the coolest things I have seen in a while… Check it !!!!

Wakeskate – McDonald’s Drop Session
October 27th, 2010 WakePro This video helps prove that I am not always out there wakeskating… Clint Tompkins, Wedge, King, and Jared Simpson went out and sesshed the drop… Looked like a fun day of riding that I had to miss.
